Ability Networks B.V. has a 30-days refund guarantee that applies for all its Services. To submit a refund request, please reach out at [email protected] and provide us with as many details about your situation as possible. Once 30 days from the date of the initial order are over, no refunds will be available.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order, or subscription with Ability Networks B.V. at any time. If a client wants to terminate their account, they can do so by writing us an email and sending it to [email protected].

It is worth mentioning that canceling the hosting account removes the website’s files from Ability Networks’ servers, so customers need to copy any files they want to keep before canceling the account.
