Complaints Policy

If you run into issues with us or any of our other clients, you can file a complaint to have your case examined.

While we cannot guarantee that every complaint will be resolved in a satisfying manner, we will do everything within our power to ensure that each issue is dealt with fairly, efficiently, and reasonably.

The most common types of complaints fall under two categories: charging issues and right infringement. If you are experiencing problems of a different kind, please state so in your complaint.

Charging Issues

If you believe that we have charged you for the wrong amount or service, please email us at [email protected], and we will check your case as soon as possible. To ensure the best possible results, provide us with as much relevant information as you can.

Please note that sending a charging issue complaint does not guarantee that the request within the complaint will be granted. Ability Networks will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue, but if our investigation determines questionable activity on your part (such as an attempt to game the payment system in order to get a better deal), that may lead to cancellation of service.

Rights Infringement

Ability Networks respects all copyrights and trademarks and treats all relevant complaints with the seriousness they deserve.

Should you have reason to believe that we or any of our clients are infringing on your personal intellectual, copyright, or any other rights, you can let us know at [email protected]. These are serious complaints, which is why we will need some proof of the claim in question before we can investigate the issue.

Ability Networks has taken steps to ensure that it does not willingly infringe on any rights, personal or intellectual. If you provide us with verifiable proof to the contrary, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

In cases where a right infringement claim is submitted without any or sufficient evidence, however, no action will be taken. Repeated submission of baseless complaints may result in sanction, including, but not limited to, termination of service and/or legal action.
